Amour, translated from French means love, and that is what a wedding is all about; making a commitment to the person you love and the celebration of that commitment. The Amour Amour website and blog recognises what an important day your wedding day is, from the commitment to the styling of the day and sharing it with family and friends. We are dedicated to inspiring brides who want to create a beautiful day to mark this wonderful rite of passage.

A vintage style cake is created with a delicate lace overlay. Perfectly accented with pretty pink edged roses, this pretty cake will add glamour to your styling. Image credit: Benfield Photography
Why decide between a wedding cake and wedding cupcakes? Just adapt the sizes to suit your number of guests.
I love how these cakes are elegantly displayed on a branch like cake-stand while the bird-motif is carried through to the cupcakes to create a different look that still links the two designs.
Viola & Chris continued the elegant nautical through to their reception creating a Hampton's style event with assistance from Nightingales Wedding Planners. A mix of white blooms and greenery create a fresh look whilst the napkins and chair pads continue the navy blue nautical feel (along with the cakes).
Viola had her heart set on Tiffany chairs and got her wish with these gorgeous white-washed chairs which complemented the space perfectly.
Brown isn't a colour normally associated with weddings, but this just works with the distinctive horsetail plant design and the invite mounted on bark paper.
When this gorgeous, happy photo and that amazing (Carolina Herrera) gown caught my eye I knew I had to share it with you. And then as I scrolled through Kate and Jesse's wedding pics I fell in love. Not just with the perfect styling, but the thoughtful details...like when Jesse read from the first love letter he ever wrote Kate, personalised menus for each guests, and the genius idea of playing an old black and white film in the garden after the dancing, while dessert was served. Anna Bond, designer and illustrator of Rifle Paper Co. used embroidery thread and sewed it directly into paper to create the design and then added hand painted lettering before scanning the art for printing. The result is a beautiful homage to her clients love of homemade. From Rifle Paper via A Cup of Jo
My current obsession is eclectic, natural and unstructured styling. A few odd jars and bottles, a few blooms and the effect is that 'just picked from the cottage garden and lovingly thrown together'. Bliss.
A deliciously decadent truffle cake decorated with fresh white David Austen Roses. Yum! From du Plessy Praline & Otello Chocolates & Patisserie, West Pymble
The romantic styling of this wedding is made all the more so when you discover it is a tractor-shed on a vineyard in New Zealand. Seriously! The white Tiffany chairs are so classic and elegant, and made all the more so with the contrast of the concrete floor. The simple vase of hydrangeas is just perfection!
