Carolina Herrera Spring 2010 collection

Simply stunning with a mix of silhouettes, the Carolina Herrera Spring 2010 collection was previewed in the most perfect of venues; the 5th Avenue Tiffany & Co. store. I'm running a little behind in posting this (a girls gotta have a honeymoon!) but here are a few stand-outs;

I adore the soft tulle across the bust on this gown
This gown is just so elegant and dramatic.
The beautifully detailed lace mantilla with the soft hair and fluid silhouette make this a favourite for me.
Loving the juxtoposition of the leaf-like design of the dress and the bouquet of magnolia leaves.

So chic! This is perfect for the bride who wants to show off a set of amazing shoulders.

Really capturing my imagination are the equally stunning bouquets of black Calla Lillies, magnolia leaves and even an armful of Spring blossom.

Thank you... what now?

I'm back! And thank you for all your lovely emails, I was very overwhelmed by your lovely thoughts and sorry I haven't gotten back to everyone just yet.

So... the question on everyone's lips seems to be "Now you are married, what now?"
The answer is that I will definitely still be blogging. My interest in weddings, beautiful things, objects of desire and a luxurious lifestyle (this is particularly of interest!) extend beyond planning my own wedding.

In fact, in a couple of months there will be a few exciting changes around here, even a (slight) change of address. I am so excited, and now with my own wedding over I have plenty of time to concentrate on this little project... once I finish writing all those thank you cards!
