I was thrilled to see this wedding in bridal mags- the bride is gorgeous of course but it demonstrates that it isn't just the expensive "wedding gowns" that look amazing!
This fabulous dress is from the recent Carla Zampatti collection (approximately $900-$1,200) and perfectly complements the chic country wedding at Peppers in the Hunter Valley
In fact, the bride loved it so much she wore a similar black dress from the same collection to the reception!Why didn't I think of that? Spend less, get two dresses (that could actually be worn again)

Do you think the bride wore any kind of petticoat or slip under this dress?
I think she may have, Beth. Looks quite puffy underneath. I have just bought a very similar dress (this season's version of the one shown) and I am getting a petticoat made to go underneath for more of a 'wow' look.
